Experience

“I’m passionate about education and pledge to restore trust among stakeholders

in an effort to move the Beaufort County School District forward.”

I am running for school board because I am deeply passionate about education. I pledge to restore trust among stakeholders and to move the Beaufort County School District forward.

Our students and teachers deserve a Board that makes every decision by asking “what’s best for our students?”.  Board members should have a shared commitment to teacher and student safety, and to engaging students in high quality learning experiences.

Our families deserve a Board that recognizes that parental involvement in schools is essential to student success and therefore builds and nurtures opportunities to encourage that critical involvement.

Our community deserves a Board that collaborates in an open, positive, proactive manner that welcomes community input and is worthy of trust.

I have the communication skills, experience in education, and passion for student learning necessary to move our district forward.
